This
mini gallery
of BVE screens is mainly for those of you that still don't know this
simulator and, without the pretence to be exhaustive, it shows a
little sample of BVE sceneries available on the WEB.
This
is an historical
route: the Japanese IIDA Line by Gaku. Built in early 2000, in the BVE
1 era, it has been renewed in 2003 to be BVE 2 compliant and still is
available at
http://page.freett.com/gaku11/iida.htm
Also
this one is an
historical route,
created by Steve Green il 2001, it has been the first BVE scenery in
western style: the fictional Desert Freight route in American style.
The actual version, revised in September 2003, is BVE 2 compliant
and can be downloaded from Trainsimcentral at
http://www.trainsimcentral.co.uk/
João
Carlos Goncalves is a Brazilian bank clerk and has built very good
BVE lines: we can savour in them that magical South America
atmosphere, in witch railways are belonging to a remote era. This
screen has been taken from the CPTM - Guaianazes to Mogi das Cruzes
line for BVE 2 and is available on BVE Brasil Fans site at
http://joaocg.topcities.com/
This
picture has been taken from Genova Casella Railway for BVE, built by
Luigi Cartello and Sergio Usai. Is is showed the A12 railcar at the
stop crossing of Campi station. The FGC line, built for BVE 2, is also
BVE 4 compliant and available in the Download area on Bvemania
The
London
Underground has been a
BVE theme widely developed during the years from UK BVE route
builders that ha produced a large number of LU routes. This screen
is taken from BVE Northern Line by Steve Green, Keith Hazelton, Paul
Jobber and Stephen Cross, that is available for both BVE 2 and BVE 4
on Trainsimcentral site at
http://www.trainsimcentral.co.uk/
Stefano
has been the first BVE developer to build an Italian stile BVE
route: the sensational 5 Terre line published on February 2002. This
screen is taken from his last BVE work: the S2 line, based on the
Milan's Passante Ferroviario, is BVE 4 compliant. Stefano's BVE
addons are available on BVE in Italy site at
http://uffaeriuffa.altervista.org
A
route by Mackoy, the BVE author, can't be missing in
this gallery. This is the Keisei Chiba Line, only 2.5 km long, but
full of details and clever example of BVE 4 scripting: it run very
smooth also using a medium-low performance computer. Keisei Chiba is
available on BVE Official website at
http://mackoy.cool.ne.jp/
Between
various possibilities offered by BVE, tramlines are not missing.
This picture has been taken from Martin Finken's Tramline 10,
reproducing a German town where tramlines are both extended outside
and underground. Tramline 10 for BVE 4 is available on BVE Berlin
site by Peter Shotz
http://www.bve-berlin.de/
Anthony
Bowden is a great master between UK BVE train and route builders.
Anthony's meticulousness allows him to build railway sceneries in a
strongly realistic way. The above screen is taken from his
Birmingham Cross-City South line, available in several versions for
BVE 2 and BVE 4 on Rail Sim Routes UK site at
http://www.railsimroutes.co.uk/
At
last, for a lovely end of this gallery, a screen taken from Santhià
- Biella line for BVE 4 by Luca Revello, result of a long and hard
work and good example of realism reproducing an Italian railway.
Santhià - Biella line is available in the Download area of Bvemania
